交易時間：每周星期一上午8:00至星期六淩晨4:00不間斷交易。
一般情況下，每個交易日的20:30後，多爲美國經濟數據發布時期，市場波動是最大的，其次就是15:00、00:00也都是比較活躍的交易時間。注：周二至周五淩晨4:00至4:20爲結算時間，周六03:00(夏令)04:00(冬令)，是無法進行交易的（國際節假日除外）。
黃金:買入息率 -2.50%; 沽出息率 -0.50%
白銀:買入息率 -4.50%; 沽出息率 +1.50%
當賬戶有效保證金比例低於20%時，系統會進行強制平倉。
倫敦金每盎司0.5美元
倫敦銀每盎司0.04美元
受到交易市場的波動性及流動性影響，在行情波動大或者市場流動性不足時，導致市場風險增加，爲減低客戶於行情波動中産生的風險，屆時本公司平臺倫敦金交易點差将擴闊到0.7美或以上；倫敦銀交易點差将擴闊到0.05美元或以上。
點差擴闊将於以下情況出現:
受市場流動性影響,當行情波動大時，如市場有重要數據發佈（如非農）或重大新聞公佈前後一段時間內（通常在公佈前30分鍾至公佈後15分鍾）, 交易點差擴闊屬正常情況。
市場流動性不足，即美國市場收市時間交易經常出現不規則波動或跳空，該時段爲北京時間每周二至周五淩晨（夏令時）03:00- 07:00；（冬令時）04:00-07:00。
